Dedicated to design excellence, Bangkok based Steven Leach and Associates (SL+A) looks forward to every opportunity to deliver quality results. They have worked extensively on the west coast of Phuket including the award winning Heights and offering professional and personal design services.
They have provided a fresh approach to Waterfall Cove utilizing a talented multi-disciplinary team. In this project SL+A has brought a number of new ideas and emerging technologies to build the homes in an efficient, smart way, with eco friendly considerations. SL+A are a registered member of the USGBC (US Green Building Council) with registered LEED® AP’s in the office. They are committed to the environment and are strong advocates of green design, and the resulting operating efficiency and cost savings.
SL+A has designed homes for plots A and B as turnkey designs, however buyers have flexibility at this stage to adjust some elements and have a strong say in the interior design.
